I have made this before. Awesome idea and clean up is easy. We bought single individual bags of doritos and made all taco topping and set it up buffet style. You open the bag pick toppings you like fold over shake and eat with a fork. No plates just toss bags in trash when done. You purchase the size and kind of chip bag. Most of the work is in the preparation. Awesome!!

They also sell fried bannock burgers, fries, and baked goods. It's mostly called Taco in a bag. Oh and it's a staple at some community arenas in various towns.
