Secret is to make sure the lil plug is still in the avocado and if you pull it out if its green its good. I buy rock hard avocados and put them in a brown paper bag and in 2 to 3 days its perfect. another secret to amazing salsa is let the onions marinate in the lime juice for about 15 min. it will make them a lil less mild and then all the flavors come out instead of a strong onion tastes. looks good 👌. We had nachos taco for my 13 year old daughters party.

Dear lord 😭😭😭😭😭 amazing. Also I appreciate the use of lime wedges and radishes. Very authentic. Every single taco truck in LA serves your food with radishes, lime and a charred hot pepper. The ONE thing I will say is that you always use pre-shredded cheddar in your cheese sauces which is coated in processed stuff so that it doesn’t stick together in the bag. Try getting a block of medium cheddar and grating it fresh. I’m sort of a hypocrite because I love the processed American cheese that they use on burgers, but I think the bagged shredded stuff is even more processed. But anyway, keep it up, you’re an absolute boss.

Oh wow those nachos are epic my friend! I love a great salsa, there's nothing better than freshly made. Flick the little brown stem off the top of the avocados and check the colour of the flesh. If it's green it's good, if it's brown it's bad 👎🏼.
