Ingredients:
Pre-fried fish (tilapia or your preferred type)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 large onions, finely sliced
3 tomatoes, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
Fresh coriander, chopped
water
Royco cube
Instructions:
Prepare the Sauce:
Sauté onions, add garlic-ginger paste, tomatoes, spices, and vegetables. Simmer with water.
Combine Fish and Sauce:
Simmer the pre-fried fish in the sauce.
Finishing Touch:
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
