You are right about the frustration - using 18 I find when I hit control c - control v, the insert goes at the very start of my long project, NOT where the cursor bar is - extremely frustrating

How can a select a part of a clip (lets say random 10 seconds from a 1min clip on the the time line), copy and paste it somewhere else on the same time line. Thank you very much

Interesting, but easy to get lost. I prefer a slower approach: this is what I want to do, this is how, this is the result. Forget the extraneous stuff that breaks concentration. Forgot exactly what that was…see what I mean?
