This app is free. It shows ink level on its creen and it will let you know once ink needs to be replaced.

Hi my issue is that when I instantly scan and copy by pressing the colour copy button it is perfect , but if the image is scanned and then printed using my phone th colour is not exactly correct. Its annoying me .any help would be appreciated

You can do drivers license but not the Passport because that is a like booklet amd it will not go under the scanner.

You may have to download windows scan app if its computer. If its mobile then do the setup again because printer is not installed completely.

You can connect to computer and add printer in setting- devices- printer. Then click on printer after loading it. Click on manage printer and scroll down to see scanner. Hope it helps.

When you push that button make sure your router is on, after you press that wifi button on the printer, press the wps connect button on your router. It should connect to your router

The reason I gave 4 stars for tech support (which I don't think this would classify as tech support) is because once you turn the printer on, it does require a little bit of start up time which may bother some who are in a hurry to quickly print something. To offset that though the printer prints very quickly. I would definitely purchase this printer again.

I bought a new one... and every time I turn it on it gives problems when printing... to update itself and the cartridges only last every 3 months, then they dry up and you have to buy another original one since it doesn't accept copies.. I do not recommend that printer..

This printer is a piece of JUNK!! and HP support is absolutely terrible. I had countless issues with this printer, requested a replacement several times, and reps would "fix" and talk you out of a replacement. They now ofc I am having the same issue - and the response is "it is out of warranty" not only replacement is an option, but also any assistance getting this junk to print is available. The only good thing about this is, it looks cute. If you actually happen to need your printer to print something, do not buy this piece of junk!!
