How to correctly enter multi lane roads at intersection

If you are making a turn from a road with one turning lane into a road with multiple lanes.You have a choice of which lane to enter. Provided it is safe.
If there are multiple turning lanes then you must stay in your lane till the turn is completed. In this case, Car C must complete the turn into the right lane. Car A could enter the middle or left lane provided it is safe.

Absolutely incorrect: 0:16 - Car A needs to complete the turn into the "R" lane first and then change into "L" lane (generally after being in the "R" lane for about 25 feet). 0:29 - Same car for A - need to complete the turn into "M" Lane, drive for about 25 feet and then can change lane into "L" Lane.
