You can find stove pipe hats on Amazon, though they aren’t loose and baggy like his but rather like costume hats for people who dress as Lincoln or something. It’s not the greatest but it works

I saw those last week! Might pop back in and pick them up as a "backup" pair for my own 2 cosplay. Also the Relaxed Fit Trousers Dark Beige/Checked from H&M are a decent substitute for his Power of the Daleks/Highlanders ones.
