He has trained in several martial art disciplines including: • Muay Thai • Kickboxing • Western Boxing • Filipino Escrima / Arnis / Kali - Stick, Knife and Empty Hands • Muay Thai Chaiya • Thai Yuth • CQC - Close Quarter Combat Tactics • Bagua Zhang • Tai Ji Quan • Baji Quan • Tong Bei Quan • Aikido • Other Chinese, Japanese, Southeast-Asian styles. He has over 30 years of teaching experience which include: • Developing personalized training programs tailored to the individual • Coaching Mixed Martial Arts fighters in Boxing and Muay Thai • Teaching Close Quarter Tactics to Police Officers and other members of law enforcement • Self-Defense training for the general public

Great stuff Mike , thanks. When I see even trained fighters reach down or out to block kicks with their hands I know what's coming soon. I get that it's our human instinct but that's what training is for , to rewire those instincts . I like that's its the same basic concept on both sides .
