No we don't need to wash hair. Infact we need to protect out from water and after we shampoo our hair it gets washed out. So then again we need tho apply it.

She is explaining about a hair touch up product by Shahnaz Hussain. This “Hair Touch-Up Plus “can be used to cover grey hair immediately. I use it too for emergencies more like a quick fix. . It lasts just for few hours. You shouldn’t touch your hair lest the your fingers get colored with the black color though it can be removed easily with Vaseline or oil.
