Tried that egg cracking method before. Found it didn't really work so well, prefer doing it the usual way. What I want to know is how people manage to crack an egg one-handedly! Also, love the kids. It's so good to see that family life is the same everywhere. Can't have a single uninterrupted conversation (or video recording) ever. 😁

I actually use this method, depends on the egg, sometimes you need it higher, sometimes lower

That's what I was thinking. Apparently this actually does work, but he wasn't dropping them from high enough would be my uneducated guess.

It is better to crack eggs on a flat surface. Don't drive your fingers into the crack while opening the egg.
