Hello sir. One doubt please reply me I worked as a developer in a MNC company for 8 months . Due to health issue I resigned my job after 9 months now again I'm searching for a job but now I am planning to move non IT role since the work load and pressure is very high so planning to move to non IT role. My question is in interview if they ask me why you are moving from tech role to non tech role means what should I say?They shouldn't feel bad on me for moving to non tech role. Please say me what answers I can give in interview.

Hi Narmada, Irrespective of challenges, I appreciate you are still planning to continue your career. Being transparent is always the key however kindly find the diplomatic sample response as follows. ‘ It’s not that I don’t like technical role, but I felt more comfortable in dealing with people rather then 0s and 1s over machine and hence I choose to move into my pedigree of strength which will do justice to my work ethics as well’ . You can fine tune it based on your way of communication. I hope this helps. All the best for your future endeavours. Thank you

It depends Saran, after HR interview if they collect your photocopy of certificates then you may be a potential select. However it also depends on various parameters like company, number of open positions and so on. I strongly suggest not to give any of your original certificate to any company without a legit offer letter from their end.
