I wanted to join your community via Slack, not subscribe to your e-mail list. This is very bait-and-switchy. Please do better.

Thank you so much, Devlin. This has been a lot of fun. I do have a question though. How do you make it that the Numerical Input box is not showing the code in the preview?

This was absolutely fantastic to watch. Thank you for making this! Quick follow up question, do you think it's possible to add a timing feature to this? I know adding timers to quizzes is possible, but wasn't sure if there was a way to do it here. That is, timing how long someone takes to get out.

Hi, ty for this tutorial. I was wondering if there's an option that allows you to highlight the object in the hotspot... like, color change or a bit bright, etc...

Good question, David. There isn't an easy way to do that in a project like this, but you could bring in objects (like glow effects), make their initial state hidden, and then show them upon hover :D

Thanks for this...new to storyline like 3 days new and I got stuck on making text inputs...found you yet again! You're da best...making an interactive United States map for fun lol click on the states (via hotspot) and guess (type in) the state name...I'm sure I'll get stuck when it comes to keeping the name visible after you guess it right.

Great tutorial. A question though: The first hotspot on the TV you created goes to the next slide when you select that hotspot. However, somewhere I am missing a step because when I preview mine and click the first hotspot that is supposed to go to the next slide it says "the slide target of this link is not available in this preview." I didn't see you do anything else to that hotspot or you did it so fast I missed it. :( thanks for any help you or anyone else can provide.

Hi Elizabeth! Maybe try previewing the whole project instead of just that slide if your trigger is bringing someone to a different slide? That's what that message is referring to.

Devlin, thanks for this. Small question before I deep dive into this. If I want to make an Immersive presentation for a potential employee. Like having a 360° photo of a studio with tags to allow a user discover more about me/my background.... Do you think it's possible to make this kind of thing with Articulate Storyline and easily share a link/other format with a potential employer? May be you know any other software/apps to do this? Thanks in advance for advice!

You would definitely be able to use this feature to do that here in Storyline! Good idea 😃

You promised to tell us 'how' to stop the cursor changing to a finger whenever it hovers over a 'clickable' object. I cannot work it out...

Another nice video, helpful hint, it's hard to delineate in your speech when you are saying "can" and "can't". Also you run out of time and don't show the fun stuff because you spend so much time centering, and reformatting buttons.

Hi there! I know this is a long shot, but any chance you still happen to have the bedroom image? The search function on the pixexid site hasn't been working and I'd like to use it? If so, we can chat about the how. Thank you!

This is killing me, the Articulate Storyline 360 is nothing like this... Am I missing something or did they change their interface completely?
