thanks' and for your problem try this: open after effects,not your specific project, then go to edit, purge, all memory and disk cage..., then click ok

Jiken Varde I have a couple videos with my voice over, the thing is that my English is not very well and it’s taking me so much time to write the text and then record it. Right now I don’t have a spare time for that process becomes I have many projects to work on. But soon when I have a little bit more spare time I definitely going to record my self again.

No, In after effects you have a lite version of C4d. Just follow the tutorial and you will be ok👌
