@@HouseofMissSew Sorry, I meant without also increasing the hem? I have a shirt pattern that I’d like to add a yoke into but I really like how the bottom hem lays as it is. I’m worried it will be too full if I increase everything

@@andreabrenk3862​​⁠ you could add a triangle type wedge to the centre back instead of a rectangle. Extend the line at the top of the back, where the yoke is attached, from the centre back out to the left by the measurement of the pleat. Square down to half way down the back and then taper back in to the centre back line. This will avoid excess fabric at the hem. Hope that helps

Why did you choose to not move the shoulder dart into the yoke seam? I'm wondering which way I want to do it 🤔

You could move the shoulder dart if you want to. You could draw a line through the centre of it and close it up to eliminate it. I just kept it there for simplicity in the video.
