How to create a balanced build in ESG Football!

I love the balance of all this. Cant wait to actually put ideas into action. For example, could you make a Ray Lewis build that is a Superstar defense player AND serviceable to good player on offense? He was 6'1 250lbs. Can you make a body type like his a solid running back? We'll have to wait and see. Brandon Jacobs. 6'4 264 lbs a defensive end playing running back basically. Who wouldnt want guy like that? Can you realistically make him in ESG? Since he is such an outlier. Super excited for this game!
