Solid. From a design view, my eyes went naturally down the columns. & believe the products should be delineated on the columns & not the rows. The visual of the kpis has more impact looking down the column of the product instead of across the product row as shown above. No big... Easy to swap data columns and rows. Thx

How to determine if a certain range should be labeled as acceptable or not acceptable peeformance? What if I have more than 3 categories like, Below the Target, Partially Met, Met, Partially Eceeded and Exceeded. Given that Met and Exceeded are fixed (e.g. Met - 350, Exceeded - 458)
