hey, im starting to look for a job in help desk and im so nervous with the interview questions they will ask, can you tell me the hardest questions you will get in a help desk position. i only have the A plus certification and some labs and im really nervous lol

It all depends honestly. I think if you just google most common help desk questions that is a great place to start. Also dont be afraid to bomb!! Interviewing is hard and it might take quite a few to get a job, just dont sweat it and keep applying!! It doesnt matter how many interviews you do as long as you get the job eventually.
