My version of Lists and SharePoint are slightly different and I had to go to Site Contents -> [ellipses next to the list] -> Settings to find that menu from the video. Everything else worked perfectly though.

For some reason I had it in my mind that I should avoid using the calculated field in any modern SharePoint list. I don't actually know where I got that idea in my head from, but can you think of any drawbacks?

@@geraldslonaker3289 Thanks for the feedback. I have not heard of any reason to avoid it. Excel is always a better solution for calculations, but the list app and calculated fields has their place too.

Hi I'm not getting the "more" option. Not sure what might be going wrong. I access the list from lists app

Thank you for this question! _The OPTIONS have CHANGED. Microsoft does updates all the time, and sometimes the wording changes._ Rather than choosing MORE, you are choosing *SEE ALL COLUMN TYPES* .
