The default add listing page can not be edited. The option you have is the form builder which is not ready at the moment. Infact I've played with it several times most of the great features are lacking

The easy way is to go to the page in the frontend and click on Edit page on the menu bar on top. It will take you to the Gutenberg editor where you enter your text. I hope this helps

That's how it works
