You can't transfer recommendations which are on your personal LinkedIn profile to the Company page. All the sections on LinkedIn have their place, you can add any new sections but you can't personalize your page to such extent as arranging the sections yourself.

You can create the page from your account. Add your client as an admin, together with yourself. As soon as the complete transfer is made you can delete yourself from the admin list. Easy as that :)

Hi there! You can set up the page and add other admins. If at any point you leave the company, you can remove your access to the page yourself. It doesn't have to stay connected to your account anymore.

Are you sure your profile is a week old already? You don't have to delete your personal profile, of course. If you meet all the qualifications then it might be a server problem and you should give it another try again soon.
