Sir, please help me out. At the notification section, I correctly entered the email address I want messages to be sent to, and then exported the contact form to one of my sale pages. But no message showed up in my email inbox after I filled the form I created and submit. I 've tried it several times, no message received either in my email inbox or spam folder. When I finished my for and published it live, I sent a test email and it did not show up in either my spam or my inbox? How can I go back and edit this or fix it?

Did you set up the form to send emails to the correct address? By default, WP Forms will send emails to {admin_email} which is shortcode and will pull your admin email from your wordpress account. If you already checked your inbox and spam folders, then you might have to go to the WP Forms settings. Click on WP Forms from your WP dashboard and click on "edit" for the form that you are having trouble with. Next go to the settings tab on the left of the screen and go to "Notifications" Under the "Send to" text field, you can try two things: first you can check your wordpress and hostgator settings and make sure that your admin email is set to the correct email and is spelled correctly; secondly you can manually type in your email into the "send to" field in the WP Forms settings. That way, your WP Form will send directly to your typed email rather than using code to pull it from your account. This might help.

Hi there I am having same trouble. Can't see the style option for button. I think he installs either the essentials for elementor or ultimate add ons for elementor for plugins. I might be wrong. I still got a give it a go though.

There go to "General Options". I just changed the default colors to the colors I like in all the fields, also "theme buttons", where one can also change the border radius, the hover color etc.! Help, please. So, I created my form with WPForns and saved it. I went to my Contact Us page and using elementor I added where I wanted to add the WP Form just created and the look of it is all skewed. Meaning the name and email box and the message box is pushed together. first and last names are right of the box and email is to the left of box. the message is way too long and there is another name box under the message. I thought this was supposed to be easy. When I first made this site there was a contact7 form that was not working so I deleted it. What do I need to do to start over?

Go into WP Forms and edit your form. Click on the settings tab on the left hand side and go to notifications. Change the SEND TO address from {admin_email} to the actual email address that you want it to send to. This could be the issue if you already checked your spam and inbox and it isnt there. I have experienced this before, and once I made this change it worked for me.

Yes you can. This video is a little old, but in the current version of WP Forms under the add fields tab you have the option to add the CAPTCHA widget and set it up.

Always check your spam and promotions tabs because more than half the time the email is sent to those folders. You will probably have to mark the email address as safe before it starts coming to your inbox on its own.
