Currently trying to make a UI project I made into a UX case study its a mobile banking app to be fair I made it to where I can simplify the UI of a bank app plus implemented dark mode and night mode, essentially what I am asking is how do I outline such a small problem does it lose value or credit if its a small problem and would it make sense to make a case study out of it? @aranuros

I really don’t find user personas useful at all. I’ve seen many companies design websites without them and the users give the same positive % of feedback of the websites who have spent $$$ on ux research. I’m a firm believer if it’s designed well and the IA makes logical sense you are 99% there. Ux research is way over rated.

It can definitely help understand your core user, but I agree not every website needs it. Especially in mvp mode
