man, working with droplets is too overwhelming for non-technical like me. will destroy the droplet for now, and come to it some time in the future. or may be use linode or something. 😒

I think the problem is being Linux based, which is essentially free (and as such you can see why it's used), but I f*****g hate Linux, not because it's bad, not because of the hoops you have to jump through, not because it's not user friendly, but because the community around it are elitist, nobody is going to help if you can't do something and they'll actively tear into you for not knowing something. They also like creating "tools", for Linux and then releasing Windows versions without explaining how to f*****g run them, so you download a tar.gz file, which nobody uses in windows (just give me a RAR or ZIP), you have to figure out how to open it, then when you do you're faced with a bunch of files that have no file extensions and won't run anyway. It's like deliberately being a c*** because you use windows as your main OS. Sorry for the rant, you see I actually came here because of the above issues, to see if a droplet could solve a problem i'm having instead of me fumbling about trying to get something to work on my windows server.
