Any idea why for the automated messages section, it doesnt give the option to Edit? It only gives options to duplicate or preview in messenger. If I could edit, it would make life so much easier! Thanks!

Also, if I add and select my client's Insta account, will a prospect click on insta and itll still go to FB DMs? Or would it go to insta?

I'm not sure what is causing that issue. You could try duplicating the current 'message template' and editing the new one. Hopefully that resolves the issue.

It will open Instagram DM's to start the conversation if they are using that platform. All conversations for the business can be managed in the Meta Business Suite, so it doesn't really matter anyway for the owner.
