Very useful; thx. I liked the tips to change the background color to help identify fillable fields to the end user. I also liked that the text fields keep the same background color, size, and font if you keep adding text box after text box (this was very useful to me).

Hi Michael, it must have something to with export settings from DocFly. I would first double check that.

Why go through all that hassle, when you could just make an online form (password protected if needed). Most customers can only just use cut and paste.

That would be easier, but an online form doesn't cover all use cases. But if an online for is all you need then definitely go with that. An extension to this video is coming next week, it shows how to make a PDF signable. That's something that wouldn't do well with forms. You can have "signature" fields in forms, but then customer can't see what they're signing really. People prefer to digitally sign PDFs that they can review first. Another great use case for fillable PDFs is downloadable work books for digital courses.

I watched the whole thing, built a form in Canva ... then only told customers can't use it if I don't get them to download specific software too. You should have led with that.
