Once you click the "edit pen" and double click the text box you can then choose the font size and type!! This video was sooooo helpful!

Thank you for posting this video on the updated version of PDF Escape. I had been watching a lot of other tutorials and they all had different options as they were using older versions. It certainly looks like this update is not as good as the earlier versions as they have taken away of lot of options. It would be great to be able to change the size of the text as they are using a very small size as default.

the areas that I defined as a checkbox turned yellow as I was defining the area, but this yellow color transfered onto the final PDF - when you are doing this same thing in your video, the sections you had as light purple saved as the same color after downloading, is there something I am missing? thank you this is a very helpful video!

Incase you still don’t know yet how to do this - Click on edit, then select the text box and then the spanner tool icon in the toolbar, then deselect the checkbox for visible, click ok and save your document before downloading

I created a form, everything went great however when i save the PDF to my desktop I notice that once i open it back up it is still editable how to I save it as a regular PDF so the text inserted is not editable by others.

I love all your tutorials, thank you! Quick question, on our form, we need the signers to upload certain docs from their computer to give to us. When signers click "UPLOAD HERE" there should be a box that shows FILE from Desktop etc. How to create that on the form please? I have not seen anyone give this tutorial in youtube :--(((

I wouldn't recommend using PDF escape for that purpose. Perhaps look into using a Google form or Typeform :)

I just recently found PDF escape. I found your channel and decided to see if you had any information on how to make the boxes transparent. I viewed some older videos with the previous version and thought - how do I get THAT version!! The older version was so much more intuitive and had WAY more functionality and designability. they ruined it with the update in my opinion. It is a nice free option, but I was hoping to have a transparent text box, so the document could be printed with lines for manual filling. Nothing works - Acrobat has javascript that handles my issue, but it isn't functional across platforms - or other pdf readers, so my MAC friends have to download Adobe to utilize the manual/digital option. So sad! Thank you for sharing your experiences... I love your Canva work! Blessings!

I have a question! Please do you know if there's anyway to keep your graphics? I'm making journal entry pages and would like for the graphics to show under the writing as it looks like an old notebook page. I tried unchecking the 'visible' box which I thought did the trick as the box vanished but when I downloaded, the cursor appeared but my writing did not grrrrr.... I think they updated it again. I used this tutorial the other day and it was a lifesaver! However, now some of the options aren't showing; ex. I can't select 'multiple lines' and it won't allow me to uncheck boxes. Any advice?

Created the form following your instructions. I have actually used the old version and this new version once before following your instructions. This time (Feb 9th) I am using the free online version. I made my text boxes. Made them paragraphs. Saved it to my computer. Opened it back up. When I try to type on it the words do not show up. Almost like they are in white "ink" instead of black. Is there a setting I am missing?
