using only images in email campaign isn't the best approach, as many recipients can't load the image by default and only see the plain text format (which in this case is basically non-existent). Other than that, I find the video very straightforward, well-built and easy to understand and I appreciate that.

On other videos, I've seen people suggest to use the basic stock format in MC as to avoid going into the spam folder. Is there much difference? Can the images sometimes get blocked?

Hey David, I haven't seen a huge difference in the delivery. However, it is true that images can get blocked with some email clients.

Rule of thumb is always 60/40 text to image. Too many images and you will end up in the spam folder. If you follow the CAN-SPAM laws, then you should be able to avoid be spammed.

@@PohaiNuuhiwa You won't be able to do that. That's the downside of using blocks of images. A better way would be to use a combination of Canva and your ESP's (email service provider's) page builder, and then you can create links for each button.

I tried talking to the team MailChimp but i didn't work as they're not telling the exact main reason behind the action they took against my account. Few things I am considering as a mistake i might have made are:- 1. Using other tools ( Canva ) to create campaign. 2. Using word like "Sale" might be wrong.
