You created the plan and told it your plan. It just typed it up and formatted it for you. Only someone who knows how to write a plan would have gotten this far.

Agreed most of the input was just reiterated. But I was impressed with the gaps it filled, such as progressions in RPE, repeats and distance for intervals, reminders about nutrition and mental preparation. It also provided guidance such as ‘reach 20k by week 10’ which didn’t make it in the video. Thanks for watching and your comments. Keep me accountable for any future video 👏 😅

Fascinating, thanks Brodie!!! I'm not one for plans myself, except for the "Run Happy" plan😄AND devouring Run Smarter podcasts, which has served me brilliantly well... so far!! Now I'm getting to the level where I believe I need a real plan to keep improving effectively!! Btw, dunno if you remember Brodie, I joined my local running club last September and was shocked SHOCKED to discover that NONE of them did any kind of strength training!!! Well, it seems that the volumes I manage completely injury free is indeed having an influence... i'm thrilled that quite a few of them are coming around!!!😆😁 Enjoy your autumn running, it's stunning full-on spring here in France - just magical!!🌷🥀🌳🌼🏃‍♀🌼🌳🥀🌷

Hey man, absolutely love your work. It has helped me a lot in understanding why I keep getting setbacks and then reinjured. I’m now on track to recovery without setbacks. Your initial statement is that the ChatGPT model can calculate these points off of some parameters given. You are basically telling it what to do, which can easily be done with a normal excel sheet.

Interesting it provides cross training, but nothing about strength training. I think that is where I prefer the human touch to dial in one's needs and additional input along the way.
