How to create a looping 3D visual in After Effects

In this tutorial I'll show you how I made a looping visual as part of a guest lecture I did on Fontys University of Applied Sciences at the Academy of Creative Industries.

@@Dreadlabs i figured out what happened. you HAVE to start at 2500x2500. i dont think you explained that was key in your video. But anyway got it working but it still doesnt look as cool as yours!
