What if your main menu needs to go to other menu's such as character development/attribute setup. I understand it's another widget... like (options menu) but this specific step influence how you start the game (like the typical RPG strategy games like Divinity and Baldurs Gate games.

You can use remove from parent. When you click Play The menu HUD remove and option or lobby HUD Shows for more info Search on KZbin ( Remove From Parent)

I've the same issue. . For some reason, I’m not able to see the anchor property on the right panel in the UI widget blueprint and also I’m not able to drag more than one text in the blueprint. Are there any settings that I need to turn on in order to show up.

In Widget Blueprint the Widget (Open Level By Name) You must put your game level name not main menu level name

For some reason, I can not add any buttons or text after having added the image; I have tried it with two seperate files now and have closed and reopened the project...does anybody know what I can do? :/

So, I´ve just played around with it a bit more and what I can do is but in the button first and then the image; I however obviously want the button on top of the image and not vice versa, but all other functions are locked once I´ve placed the image

Never mind, I figured it out - the issue was that I didn´t have a canvas panel added first. I´m going to leave this here, perhaps it helps somebody :)
