Gorgeous. Getting into monochrome looks for when it's just too tiring to mix and match. I look at all these gorgeous outfits and think...there's not a single thing that can stain these fabrics within a mile of Nikol. LOL. Remember one Xmas I was wearing a monochrome winter white outfit. The host's toddler came up to hug me. So cute. I didn't notice she dropped her bottle of grape koolaid on the couch next to me. Yes, grape koolaid stain on my winter white skirt. The stain never came out.

Hi Nikol , your hair is so beautiful. I wondered if you would consider having it made into a wig. I,ve always had thick nice hair, but when I got into my seventies things changed. Kinky on the sides and a few months ago my top got much thinner. It is light gray in the front and tapers down to still brown in the back. I really enjoyed your shorts modeling.

Have your doctor check your Vitamin D levels. My Vitamin D levels dropped drastically after I got COVID (Delta)...and my very thick hair started falling out--which is one of the many symptoms of Vitamin D deficiency. I started taking significant supplementation with Vitamin D, and it grew back in! (I'm in my mid-sixties.) It's worth keeping an eye on, for sure. My doctor now checks my levels every 3 months.

@@ryukoli4707 Biotin (Vitamin B7) is simply what hair and nails are made of, but if you are deficient in Vitamin D, no amount of biotin can grow hair or nails without it. As well, a biotin deficiency significant enough to cause thinning hair is also accompanied by a red, scaly rash on the face, particularly around the mouth and eyes. A quick glance can determine if biotin deficiency might be the culprit. No redness or scaliness on the face...biotin deficiency is not the likely cause.

I have been loving your videos even though I don't generally find them terribly relevant to my style. There are still a lot of good tips. I am a bit older than Nikol, and a few sizes larger (typically about 12-14, which is down from the 18-20 I was for many years). I've seen people my size and larger pull off outfits like this pretty successfully (though few people of any size ever really look that elegant in real life), so it's not that I couldn't wear them, but I love color, and a lot of jewel tones with contrast that keeps my eyes happy, and a bit of a bohemian touch. Nikol's outfits look beautiful on her when she is doing the runway poses, but I have to wonder how flowy and gorgeous some of those skirts and pants would look after she has been sitting for a while and they get wrinkled, as a shiny silk will do. And while she may save a lot with consignment shopping, how do the prices compare long-term once you factor in the tailor she has on speed-dial, and the dry-cleaning I imagine most of the pieces require every time or two she wears them. Maybe it doesn't add up to the extent that I am imagining, but I just don't see it working the same way for me. A lot of good ideas to draw from overall, though.

I try to dress mono most of the time. I'm only 5'2 so any height help is greatly appreciated. If its a three-piece set at least the pants and the jacket have to be the same color. The shoes always try to be the same color because even that adds to the sight line.

What I would tell women is remember this is an Asian company and they tend to make the bust area smaller. I usually have to size up. Monochromatic dressing is absolutely a way to disguise a tummy! I have one, too! When we visually cut ourselves by wearing two separate colors--which generally cuts us across our tummy--we accentuate that area instead of disguise it.
