I love the idea of Morning Pages, a thoughts dumb into the junkyard! Will begin that today :) I also really like to begin the day with a meditation by candlelight and say thank you as my feet hit the floor each morning I get out of bed.

Great upbeat video! I do yoga first thing, and write my dreams, if I can remember them. Perhaps I should add the gratitude list. Anyway, sending this to my sister, who has a REALLY hard time getting up happy in the morning, thanks!!

Thank you thank you thank you 💖 for giving me inspiration, I've been suffering with menieres disease for over 10 years and in 2016 I lost my hearing on right side that just screwed up my balance system. I have never resorted to medications ive always been the natural foodie type, but this time around it seems that high blood pressure has been getting the best of me and so had start a bp medication of which I'm only taking half,the side effect seems like it's agitation and slight insomnia, yep it just started with medication,but what caused the BP spike ,I think was getting vaxxed, the timeline fits. Anyways thank so so much for this kick the @$$ , I already do my morning walks but the other tips on prev day gratefulness is awesome and what I'm excited for...I'll see how this goes
