This feature is very glitchy. I just thought it only works sometimes. But I have been getting some feedback that it works, but just takes a long time to see the locations you created in Facebook on Instagram. So try creating the location on Facebook, then waiting for a while to see if they're available on Instagram.

I have been getting some feedback that it takes a long time for Instagram to recognize the locations you're creating. So give it a few minutes or hours. I haven't had the time to test this out, but that's the feedback I have been getting from people.

Create it in Facebook and use it in both Facebook and Instagram. I have been getting some feedback that it takes a long time for Instagram to recognize the locations you're creating.
