That’s all of our issue. The sync has stopped working at neither Google or IG has figured it out because they have zero support mechanisms. They just occasionally monitor group help forums. Incompetence just to save money.

It’s as if the API between Google and IG is broken which I wouldn’t doubt for an instant. As a marketer, it makes us look bad, especially when there is zero support from either entity!

Nope! I have everything set correctly but IG and Google maps are not syncing at all. All permissions are allowed, the link is correct, I adjusted the map pin more accurately and my biz doesn’t show up. I’m even linked to my FB page. Seems to be an IG/Google API issue OR it takes a long time to sync. Maybe weeks?

what does location mean? do you have to type the address of your physical store? what about for online stores that want to sell goods ?? can we type on location the link where to find the online store????
