How to create a paintjob/mudflap/sticker for JonRuda and other mods

In this video, I make a tutorial on how you can make a paint job, mudflap, or sticker for either JonRuda, Workshop Mods, or any other mods you can think of.
I did forget to say you can probably make skins with Mod Studio 2 for Workshop mods and mods downloaded from a 3rd party site.
All I did was blur my name on my account.
