Yeah you can't do anything with your PayPal Business account until you verify your identity. So, kindly submit your ID and after verification you'll be good to link it with your debit let me hope it's not Airtel Prepaid Mastercard because that program is no longer operating.

I don't know what type of business you choose when opening your account but as far as this video is concerned, you should choose proprietorship/individual as your business type as shown in the video but in rare case when Paypal detect unusual behavior on your account, they would ask you verify your identity in order to carry out transaction like recieving, sending or withdrawing like scanning your National ID, Passport or any other relevant legal ID.

You link your PayPal account with your debit card and you can be able to purchase anything using your PayPal account.

Yeah I didn't show that because I just created that account purposely for the video tutorial so there was no funds in it to demonstrate the transaction process. For now what is most important to you is to first create your PayPal Business account like shown in the the video, when it's up and running you'll will eventually see where to request payment on the app and for the issue of withdrawal it's little bit out of the box and I'll be glad to walk you through it all if that's the case here.

For the issue of postal code you can just put any random 5 digit like I did in the video where I put 5 zeros... The problem with most people is that they attempt to open personal account instead of business account and that's where the gets lost and put the blame on the video...
