pjf has good excercises to patellertendonitis. you cant rlly do anything about oshgood shloters (im not a doctoer this isnt medical advice.) check with a docter

Is it okay to do a lot of technical lifts like cleans and such but also having different variations of squats whether it be slow, fast, deep, or a half/ normal squat, my question is I have all of those lifts is it a good or bad thing to have just max approach jumps incorporated as my only plyo?

When to do this workouts when I have mon wen thu fri trainings in basketball club in the evening. Morning time before every workout and and the rest of the days rest? Thx for the video, peace

I work 3 days plyometrics out of the week 2 days two foot and one day 1 foot . Is that good ?

Is it great to do about 3 sets of lunge hold(isometric) before plyos ?

do them at the end of your lower body strength session

Yes that can be your isos before your workout. Always start the workout with 3-5 sets of isometrics.

I can squat 1.9 times my body weights but still only have a 22 in vert will these help?

Extensive, intensive plyos, sprint more, jump more, do the thing, get them fast twitch muscle fibres up
