Very good tutorial. In case anyone gets stuck on the ridges, at about <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="777">12:57</a> he says click thumbnail but its actually ctrl+click thumbnail to make the selection.

Nice work! Wouldnt have thought that this would involve so many steps. (the sheer amount of steps makes me hesitant to make one myself). Their are a few quicker gides.. but yours looks much better... extra time shows.

When I want to highlight something on a white background, I choose the magic want tool, highlight the white area, then Alt+S+I to invert the selection rather than painting over the foreground object. Much faster and easier.

In the final shot of the coin how do you get the face so smooth and bright rather than so textured. most of the video the face is textured

he just did the final adjustment in the end, I believe it has more saturation. just refer to the part in the video where he did level and curve adjustments.

hello PTC, i must have an older version of CS? 5.5. i am missing something because steps <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="600">10:00</a> to <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="820">13:40</a> do not work for me.
