This is so nice to hear! There's nothing better than helping someone finish a project they were worried they might not be able to complete. It's tough to take those last few steps, congratulations!

Hello I'm trying to find the same size bead when I try to do beadwork I get all these odd ball sizes and it doesn't make my work uniform
@nickiebaker41004 жыл бұрын
I had the same problem. I now use Toho seed beads cylinders, not round. They are extremely uniform in size, even mixing colors. Work great for peyote, flat stitch, brick stitch.

Pardon my change of topic, I haven't yet seen all Miyuki shades in person, is this Pale cream with silver lining the palest cream shade? I need something exactly like that but I have no use for silver lining, so I was wondering how does ordinary cream compare...
@beadaholique Жыл бұрын
Hi! The bead used is a very pale silver lined cream opal. You can see a close up of the bead here: beadaholique.com/products/miyuki-delica-seed-beads-11-size-7-2-grams-silver-lined-pale-cream-opal-db1451 It has more depth then an regular cream bead which is lovely but won't have that slightly glowing look. I hope this helps.

I hope someone can answer this question. Why do my delicas keep breaking?
@beadaholique2 жыл бұрын
So sorry to hear that. Are the beads breaking when you are weaving or after the project is finished?
@sampoeclayco67712 жыл бұрын
@@beadaholique thank you for your response! They’re breaking while weaving. I actually changed my thread to fireline from wildfire and it hasn’t happened since.

I can't find those little rings small enough to fit in my beads like I find that they're too thick the ones I'm finding frustrated
@beadaholique3 жыл бұрын
The ones we used are 22 gauge, they'll fit in just about any seed bead. You can buy them from us here: beadaholique.com/products/gun-metal-plated-open-jump-rings-4mm-22-gauge-50

@beadaholique4 жыл бұрын
Hi Nickie, we didn't make a standard printable pattern for this bracelet, but we do have a project page for it that has some high quality photographs. If you print up one of those photos up it should give you useful reference beadaholique.com/products/madeira-diamond-pattern-bracelet

Hi Julie, I love this bracelet and thanks so much for this tutorial. Is there any possible chance that you could teach us how to make this one (or one simular), step by step and start to finish? If it's too much to ask, it's ok. I'm just that person who can't follow a pattern, unfortunately. Thanks again and by the way, I love your soothing voice (I've probably said that before, lol).
@beadaholique5 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching this video. Regrettably, Julie is no longer a designer at Beadaholique, but we can confirm we have written instructions for this project available on our site: beadaholique.com/collections/beading-projects/products/madeira-diamond-pattern-bracelet Thank you.

@@beadaholiqueWell that's just sad to hear. I don't guess you'd care to share where she is? And I'll go check that out. However, I can't read a pattern, unfortunately. Meantime, if there's something similar to this bracelet (repetitive), that perhaps you could stitch 2 inches or so, that'd be wonderful! Thanks! (Stella in Austin)

For the clasp technique, don't you find that the delica will eventually crack open where you put in the jump ring? The entire weight of the bracelet being supported on the wall of one delica. I dunno. HOWEVER, I love how you showed us how to decrease to a point.
@beadaholique5 жыл бұрын
The bracelet is light enough that it is supported well by the 22 gauge jump rings at each end. Just in case, we do not recommend pulling the bead work to open the clasp as this could stress the beads or the jump ring. Thanks for watching!

Why not mentiooned that you reinforce instead of telling people get the thread into the right place why should learner not knowing the whole secrets😝
@beadaholique7 жыл бұрын
The reinforcement is an added benefit of getting your thread in the correct position.
