Click on "View global bot operations" (Next to the + icon). Then click on "Add bot operation" and choose for "Text Parse". Then set the control expression to "/launch" (if your command would be that) and link it to the correct Interaction.

Hey Walid! I will add it to my list. As far as I know, these channels are seperated and you cannot sync users between these channels.

In Xenioo you can make a distinction between those messages by using the a condition

Hey good Video, I tried it on a small group of friends but somehow i must have done smt wrong: when i disable privacy setting he responds to each and every msg with its fallback which is why i enabled it again, my main intent is to have a welcome msg displayed which leads to diffrent links which i managed but I think the bot does not responds to new joined ppl. how do I set it up to do so?

Thank you! The fallback interaction is activated when the chatbot does not understand a message. So if someone inside your group says something and you haven’t trained your chatbot on it, the fallback will be sent (which is happening). If you don’t want this, just remove the contents of the fallback interaction. Also, every time a user joins your Telegram group, the start interaction is triggered and will be send.
