I can help you with this! Make sure the second route of the Router is set to fallback. So now, just click on where it says “2nd”, and the a pop-up opens where it says “Run as fallback”. You want to check that. Once you do that, it will work!

@@chatimize I used the template but it seems like the element may get corrupt after a while and has to be deleted and replaced by an identical new element for the scenario to work. Once working though, the Manychat Set a Custom Field, Field Value = x. data: text always answer "Hello! It seems like your message didn't come through. How can I assist you today? Does this answer your question? Yes No" instead of handling the question from the customer. In your other video "How To Create a Custom AI Chatbot with Manychat (Free Template)" there is a Field Value = x. Text in the same element but it is not available as a choice in this scenario.

For example: "hello", " hello hello" works, but when I send an input from whatapp which contains a line break, example: " hello hello" this is the "last_input_text": "Hello Hello" from Send Question to Cody web hook queue I get the Error: 422 Unprocessable Entity . There seems to be an error when every a new line is in the input, would you have any suggestion to handle this

This trigger only works for comments. If you want to auto-reply to messages as well, use the "User sends a direct message" trigger. (You can use it in the same automation)

Manychat doesn't have a specific trigger for the Facebook Marketplace. So I think the only way of doing this is by asking people to send a message to your Facebook Page. Once they do that, Manychat will reply to it.

Then, I recommend contacting Manychat support about this. There is probably something wrong with the Manychat connection with your FB Page and IG account.

@ after using it I can see how you would want that. You can only upload a certain amount of info per ai chat; when I need it to know a more complex list of services and projects. I did connect two ai chats together so when you ask a certain question it will switch to other chat that has more info about a certain subject.

Thanks for bringing this up. The template had a mistake. I have updated it, so you can download the new one or update your existing one. If you want to update your existing one, do the following: 1. Go to your Make Scenario 2. At the router, click on the second route (where it says "2nd" 3. Set the option "Set the route as a fallback" to "yes". Doing this ensures that the 2nd route is only being used when the first route is not used. Please let me know if it worked!

Unfortunately not (at the moment). I already discussed this with the marketing team of Chatbase, so I hope they come with a solution soon. Platform-wise, I prefer Chatbase actually. Because it is so easy to refine your answers. But without conversation history via the API, I think it's a bit useless to use it with Manychat. And then I prefer Cody, because they have this feature.

I recommend using Cody. OpenAI Assistants is still in beta, so I don't recommend it now. And it can also be a bit slow at times.
