I believe you just down load the file, extract it and then double click source files and then watercolor files. They will automatically install to your computer.

I have a great suggestion you may want to pass on to KZbin makers when they do tutorials. Unfortunately, when instructors say to "duplicate layers" or "new layer" of so on, the CC, gear icon and all the other stuff I don't know the names for, are covering up where to go at the bottom of your PS page. This happens all the time, and I don't know about other people, but we newbies need all the help we can get. I just KNOW others feel the same way. Either that, or please explain or give a description of what you are clicking on at the bottom right hand corner in PS. Thanks!

Photoshop CC rejects the watercolor brushes as the wrong type of file, and the template brush with texture. I guess I don't know enough to work around such issues.

Hi, I've done everything you've mentioned up until the point the brush is used on the "Layer 0 copy" (3:45 time in your video). My settings are the same as yours, yet it doesnt allow me to click on the background copy which is where I see what you are using the brush on. Why is Photoshop not letting me choose the background copy to put the brush on? It is using my original photo/image duplicate.
