Hey My Salah! In this case, you should check your website cart URL. The best way is probably to try to buy a product as a test. In that way, you will get the URL to add to the trigger 🙂.

Hey Jason, great video! For part 1, it waits the 3 hrs, but where is the check to see if the user visited the thank-you page? It just looks like it waits and then emails.

Hey Nicolas! Through another automation we remove the user in case he visited the thank you page, it's in the minute 5:29 🙂

Yo Jason, killer content man! You helped me a ton! I have a question about the last method. 1. I wanna use Wucommerce to automatically show in the abandoned email, the exact product the the customer wanted to buy. Is there a way to do exactly that? Me personally i do not know what product X.Y Purchased so i do not understand why shoudl i put product pictures and more info in the abandoned cart intergration panel. (I choosed "any product" in the automation bulder) Could you help please?

Hey Daniel, Mmm in this case you should use the abandoned cart block that AC released a couple of months ago. In that way, you can send the right product based on the abandoned cart → help.activecampaign.com/hc/en-us/articles/5541504902300-Email-Designer-Use-the-Abandoned-Cart-content-block#:~:text=With%20ActiveCampaign%2C%20you%20can%20use,them%20to%20complete%20their%20purchase.
