How to create an effects chain for mastering

So my visual eq on the track should be number 1 if the chain before compression?

Get that limiter on last in chain but get it going early since it can change balance and affect how one would EQ. It’s a good practice to limit and mixdown to see how limiting will affect things .. then remove it before rendering out the premaster

Depends how good you mix sometimes after mixing it sounds great enough that it don’t need mastering
