I just watched not less than 8 videos about making a facebook group. I want to make a hobbyist group about DIY solar power systems. This obviously has nothing to do with a business page or being your own boss. That being said this video was fantastic. It was well put together, intriguing, kept my ADHD attention for the entire 5 1/2 minutes (I watch everything in 2X) and I will be looking up your FB group and looking into some of your other videos. Great job, you are a natural and I see you hitting 1M subs in the future.

Very valid points. I would like to add some from my experiences as well. I run fbs largest community to find "cofounders on sweat equity". 1: Keep the group open to everyone to join but only approve relevant posts. 2: Interact with your audience by commenting, sending messages how can you help them solve their problems, any inputs they have for my community, thank them for reporting spam, etc. 3: Welcome new members with interactive welcome messages rather than generic ones. 4: Understand your audience and create posts related to that. So I create motivational posts since a lot of our members are early stage startups and we all know how difficult it is in the start. 5: Try to help community members as much as you can without any motive. Great video! As always! Thank you Sunny 🌞 Quick note on changing Facebook Privacy Settings for Groups 🔴 Facebook prevents you from making more changes for 28 days. I'd made mine Private originally - then made it Public after I tried this (otherwise great!) tip - but then I couldn't change it back for what felt like forever... So I'd say - start with Public when you set up your group (even if you intend for it to be Private later) so that you can still make your Privacy Setting change whenever you want... 😅
