Recap: It's all about the risk the client is taking. 1) They don't know you. Remove the risk of them not knowing you by introducing yourself or through associations. 2) They don't think you can deliver. Show them case studies that proves you can. 3) It's too expensive. Go after clients who actually can afford you.

So the offer you guys use is in essence a "learn from the process of your competitors that weve worked with and improve it."? One of the structures Ive heard that also works is to use a commission only structure. So you only earn if your, for example marketing, converts. What do you think? If you dont have a ton of testimonials(or none in some cases) how would you go about it?

This is covered in the course - get a partner who has the case studies, it will allow you to jump everyone

Hey Alex, what took you so long in posting this video. My day felt incomplete because I didn't get my fix. haha Just listened to your email10k presentation again and your version feels less salesy. I'm ready to purchase but I don't think you accept PayPal, right? Would you be willing to send me an invoice? Does a consult come with it?

Interesting observation Larry. I felt the same - that Alex's email10k presentation seemed very salesly. (don't mean to talk as if you're aren't reading Alex, lol). Also Larry, on the checkout page, it states.... "in the unlikely event that you have taken action and the plan doesn’t deliver results, we'll make it right, whether through additional consulting or other means. All I ask is that you implement what we discuss and report on the results." I like this because it basically means one must do the work before asking for additional help, and I assume those consults are in-built with the program. Other than that, I believe his consults are a separate cost altogether. Perhaps Alex can clarify.

Calvin Decosta Hey, the consults are separate. They’re offered as part of 220coaching.com the course comes with unlimited access to the private community for guidance and monthly Q&A’s

Irresistible offer or stupid offer for a newbie designer: "I will redesign your website for a price of $XXXX or $100/month. If the new site fails to bring in more business within 3 months, I'll refund you 100% and I'll help you put the old one back online."
