This is so true! I ran an advert for a business plan template and supervision for just 3 USD. Only 6 persons paid. Among these 6 persons, only 2 persons are interested in doing it themselves. People prefer the already done stuffs than being thought how to do them.

Selling the outcome, I need to find MY big, compelling promise (3 - 5 words that deliver a concise message) to deliver and provide value upfront, thank you for the nugget!

For those who don't know if, "that's what they want," the proper perspective is to consider the fact that there are many out there who do want "this" or "that" and it is just our job to communicate our presence to them, and then help them navigate through their natural, and healthy, sales resistance.

Thank you for this video. So helpful. can you give an example of say a someone in Tech business, selling of gadgets? We sell laptops, accessories and gadgets and we offer free deliveries, free accessories, but how can one apply and make this offer more compelling? I do love the aspect of "one big promise" and providing a solution to that. Thank you once again.
