how do u draw if the office has different levels..? for example.., level G.. level 1..

@@mhafiz4719 You can draw each level on different pages, there are software packages to add 3d views. There are 3d stencils but probably not what you are looking for

Is there a way of intregrating Visio so that someone could hypothetically click on a chair and the persons details would show? Good for new starters

Yes, You can add shape data to any shape and then add the person's details. You would need to display the shape data window to see the information when the chair is clicked. Lots of videos in my playlist explain how to use shape data.

@@ITsEasyTraining1st Mind pointing me in the right direction? Also, I don't suppose if you know if Visio can be linked to my companies Azure active directory. I essentially want to see if someone can type in a name on a search bar somewhere and then the persons floor and seat shows up. Thought it would be good for new starters who don't know where people sit in the building? Appreciate the help
