Yeah if you’re buying an option you’d just put a positive amount in the quantity column as opposed to a negative when you’re selling. Formula should work the same way.

how do you know the collateral for each option?

It’s based off of what your broker requires. The cash-secured requirement is calculated by breakeven price * # of contracts * 100

How do you enter the Spread profit or Loss?

Works the exact same way as the cash secured puts. Just throw in the credit to open the spread, and debit to close
