I didn’t understand what is the utility of creating a credit code ? What I understood is that after one month free trial you need to pay for a license and all you need to do after is to activate the credit code .

Greetings. Credit codes are used to move the RMS credits between different RMS accounts. And yes, RMS is a paid service.

I have added a device . but no way of activating the free trial. I am the administrator but can't see credits and have no code to activate - help?

To manage your device services and set packs, you can do so by going to RMS -> Management -> selecting the device you want to manage -> Device -> Manage services. You can find more detailed information on this can be found on our wiki page. This credits are so expensive. Just want to see once a month some information. this ist the reason iam looking for a different manufacturer

You can always connect directly to the device using a VPN (or taking other measures for remote connection security) if you need a one-time monthly connection. RMS is designed for continuous monitoring.
